Abstract
The article deals with criminogenic factors that lead legal persons to commit a crime. This issue is important at the moment in the Czech Republic where the law on the criminal liability of legal persons and proceedings against them is effective.
Slovak´s situation is described by the ongoing debate over new legislation on the criminal liability of legal persons.
