Authors acquaint readers with basic information from legislation in occupational medicine- above all with chosen parts of the Law 372/2011 Sb. a 373/2011 Sb., with public note 79/2013 Sb., a NV 290/1995 Sb. In current version.
In the other part there are described basic psychological methods in dealing with stress situations and working with aggressive patient.
