Lawyers and jurists as a business and managerial elite in the Bohemian Lands in the first half of the 20th century

Abstract
The text presents lawyers and jurists who did well as entrepreneurs and managers in specific areas of banking in the Bohemian Lands in the first half of the 20th century. The analysis shows that their role in profiling and other Czech financial institutions was extraordinary and they played an important role in the development of the Czech/Czechoslovak national economy.
