The aim of the study is to provide basic information that is important in the training of good spatial orientation of visually impaired people. Text of this chapter focuses on the theoretical foundations of learning as well as on the frameworks for their use, both in general learning and in sensorimotor learning.
The basis is those motor skills that are needed for visually impaired individuals. The important is also to know which roles in them play the cognitive, motivational-emotional and volitional factors.
The knowledge and skills of spatial orientation of visually impaired individuals must also adopt their teachers, both for permanent and namely for changing conditions in their applications. An integral part of the skills training is respecting of the didactical principles, including the specificity of motivation and communication between teachers and visually impaired students.
