The text is concerned on certain components of physical education teachers lifestyle (sleep and its regularity,daily regime, obesity, stress etc.). Considering the fact that teachers in elementary and grammar schools are one of main factors which influence children and youth, we can suppose that physical education teacher's lifestyle will reflect itsel also in children's engagement in sport.
In results, authors focuse on the analysis of high-mentioned components of PE teacher's lifetsyle and consequently deduce general conclusions in the field of actual children engagement in sport.
