Abstract
The development of medicine is impossible without experiments. A lot of work is done in experimental animals in vivo, for example, to study the regulation.
For pharmacological studies and demonstration of organ functions are suitable experiments on isolated organs. The animals are also used in experiments in vitro, there are performed on tissues or cells to elucidate a cellular, subcellular and molecular activities.
The working with animals must comply with the ethical rules and laws.
