Abstrakt
Kaprekar's sequence concerns 4-digit numbers and for its creation comparison and subtraction are sufficient. Each Kaprekar's sequence has at most 7 steps and ends with the number 6174, sometimes called Kaprekar's constant.
The proof of this statement is solved by the author and subsequently analysed. Some educational applications of this sequence are shown.
