A Reflexion on the literary character of the dramatic production of Jesuit teachers (in the 17th-18th Century Bohemia) and its relation to Seneca´s plays. Two unknown manuscript sources are presented: an transcription of a part of Seneca´s Thyestes into hexameters (1710, Český Krumlov, rhetoric class), and excerpts from Seneca´s dramas in the manuscript work of Arnoldus Engel SI.
