Discovery of gene causing congenital anomalies of urinary tract

Abstract

Congenital anomalies of urinary tract are quite common group of birth defects. Searching for causal gene defects is the main task for many groups of scientists.

One new gene (DSTYK) was lately discovered by an international scientist’s team.
