Abstract
The “Principles of Premedical First Aid” educational material is designed primarily for Education students and is meant to provide general orientation in the premedical first aid provision. The introductory part contains general information and premedical first aid techniques.
Subsequent chapters provide basic knowledge necessary for mastering the premedical first aid techniques, emphasizing in particular basic premedical first aid procedures, including life-saving techniques, resuscitation techniques and ways to stop bleeding, or techniques for treating individual types of wounds. The submitted text is not exhaustive and is limited only to the most important information.
By going through the study material the student acquires a theoretical basis necessary for subsequent mastering of practical premedical first aid skills.
