Abstract
The monograph deals with analysis of regulation of juvenile sanctions in the Juvenile Justice Act in the connection with changes in Criminal Code, which came in 2010 into force, including current problems of its application. It is also concerned with current sanction policy, principles in important international documents in this field and with comparison with selected foreigner regulations.
It deals also with present findings of criminological research in the field of efficiency of juvenile sanctions.
