Psychology of demanding situations in the practice of personnel management

Abstract

The text introducest students with psychological mechanisms of demanding situations in personal management, e.g. when carrying out difficult interviews with employees, giving critique, dealing with difficult situations such as conflict, stress, decision making under pressure, stage fright, the necessity to present and assert opinions or measures, meeting direction.
