Abstrakt
Pronunciation difficulties are typical for all students in the process of teaching (Polish as) a foreign language. These issues are present even in Polish of Slavs – native users of languages closest to Polish.
This article attempts to answer two questions: (1) whether it is possible to identify difficulties in pronunciation of Polish sounds that are common among all Slavs and (2) whether this can be used as an argument in the discussion on establishing separate language classes for Slavs.
