Abstract
The author deals with the migration of women, which is in some respects as a specific in relation to migrant reflected the gender aspect, from which then follows the main effect of the double disadvantage. Becoming aware of the specifics of female migration and adaptation the migration policies of individual states in accordance with their international obligations appear to be crucial in protecting women's rights - migrants and their international protection.
