Abstract
Depression and anxiety are common; they often lead to decreased quality of life and increased mortality and morbidity. A number of patients can not be treated with currently available antidepressants due intolerability of adverse effects.
Development of new drugs offers new possibilities for them, and brings another treatment option in resistant episodes.
