Historian Should Engage in Social Affairs. With Jacques Krynen about the State of Justice, Role of Guardians of Values and Tasks of Historians

Abstract

The author publishes his interview with Frech historian of Law and eminent expert of political thought Jacques Krynen who visited Prague thanks to the invitation of Czech-French history seminar of the Faculty of Arts of Charles University of Prague. The topics of discussion were at the first place the development of judicial power and the structure of the Law history studies in France including personal memories of professor Krynen.
