Abstrakt
Complete pelvic lymphadenectomy should be defined as the removal of all fatty lymphatic tissue from the predicted areas of high incidence of lymph nodes with metastatic involvement. The exent of the procedure should be standardized, and defined by exact anatomic landmarks.
