Harassment As a Form of Discrimination through the Perspective of Foreign Theory and Legal Decisions

Abstract

Czech Labour Code, Antidiscrimination Law and Directives of European Union contain provisions concerning harassment or sexual harassment comparable to legislation of USA as the most proressive state concerning solution of these issues.
