Abstract
A specifity of palliative care is phylosophy approach to patient and solve its problems. This is called comprehensive multidisciplinary approach.
The contribution decribes the specifics of palliative and hospice care, the concept of a multidisciplinary team in a hospice. Id discussed about the functions of the team and its composition.
It monitors what role is played by the multidisciplinary team in a comprehensive care provided and what teamwork brings in the area of need satisfying of patients and needs of workers themselves. The aim of this contribution is to clarify the application of a multidisciplinary team in a comprehensive concept of care for dying pacients and to evaluate the importance of cafe provided by this way.
Based on selected results of research clarify the current common problems of team and optimal suggestions to improve in the care area of hospice workers. To clarify the creation of conditions for the ethical care, teamwork and overall provided palliative care.
