Abstract
The aim of this paper is to present a model of education of Lata volunteers especially in relation to their future professional activities in the field of social work. Participation in Lata projects means for many volunteers one of their first experiences with work with client and running of NGO.
It is a space for skills and knowledge development of the future social worker. This paper shows the work of volunteers in Lata project as a specific experience of practical education.
