Early chldhood caries (ECC) is first reflected in the labial and palatal surfaces of temporary upper incisors, carious destruction continues at the buccal and lingual surfaces of the first deciduous molars, then the vestibular surface of temporary canines and second temporary molars. Teeth affected by ECC develope easy to the fracture and opening of the pulpal cavity and complications associated with it, such as gangrene, chronic periodontitis and abscess of dental origin
