Abstract
The lecture presented the concept of semi-presidentialism and discussions related to it, mostly regarding its very definition and methodological problems related to it. Afterwards it moved to characteristics of semi-presidential regimes and consequences of this particular institutional setting.
In the end it mentioned the current issues in studies of semi-presidentialism.
