A successful treatment of the ntype 1 diabetes mellitus by a combination of the insulin pump and the continuous glucose monitoring in a motivated and cooperative female patient

Abstract

The case report demonstrates a case of a relatively older female patient who was successfully treated by a combination of the insulin pump and continuous glucose sensor. The case report is aimed to point out the fact that optimal compensation of the diabetes mellitus can be achieved, however from a patient's side it requires high motivation, enough time and a willingness to use a modern technology that are offered by the modern diabetology.
