Drifting apart? Czech-Slovak and Slovak-Czech relations during twenty years after the division of the common state

Abstrakt
The paper aims to provide an overview of the development of Czech-Slovak mutual language relations during twenty years after the division of the common Czech-Slovak state. The state of the exploitation of the model of receptive bilingualism based on the evidence of the Czech-Slovak Internet communication and the current legal regulation of the use of Slovak in the Czech Republic and Czech in the Slovak Republic are described.
