From among the themes of self-determination of indigenous peoples and their language rights, cultural heritage, land rights and customary law, the author in relation to his activity in the Committee of Council of Europe's European Charter for Regional or Minority Languages Article 13 United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP).
