Abstract

We present a case of a 32-year-old woman with Hodgkin and non-Hodgkin lymphoma (DLBCL) occurring simultaneously in two different locations and with no history of previous malignancy or chemotherapeutic treatment. The diagnosis of classical HL - nodular sclerosis subtype was established from a biopsy of the right supraclavicular lymph node [Figures 1(a) and 1(b)].

Initial FDG-PET/CT revealed accumulation of FDG in lymph nodes on both sides of the diaphragm and in the left kidney. Renal involvement in Hodgkin lymphoma is rare, and renal biopsy was indicated to exclude a second tumor.
