Abstract
Technical solution is dealing with pharmaceutical composition releasing rutin by the means appropriate for its colon delivery. This pharmaceutical composition is comprised of coated pellets with the core containing rutin, chitosan and microcrystalline cellulose, and the coating created by a mixture of sodium alginate and chitosan.
