Immunogenicity of TNFa inhibitors in the treatment of rheumatiod arthritis

Abstract

Immunogenicity of anti TNF inhibitors has been described for the five approved products for the treatment of rheumatoid arthitis,. This review discusses current knowledge of their immunogenicity and its clinical implications.
