Abstract
Telarché praecox is isolated breast development in girls younger than 8 years without any other accompanying symptoms. Most frequently occurs during the first year of life.
It is usually benign and do not require treatment. Suitable is the girl to watch those children at intervals of 3-6 months.
Progression telarché or other accompanying manifestations is necessary to pass the examination to exclude premature puberty.
