Maturation of Norway spruce somatic embryos: Selected structural and biochmical aspects

Abstract

This work summarizes the anatomical and biochemical (contents of non-structural saccharides and activities of key sucrose metabolising enzymes) data gained during study of somatic and zygotic embryogeneses.
