The authors let us concentrate is the problem of the accession of Central European Member States of the European Union to the Protocol of 1997, which was supplemented Vienna Convention on Civil Liability for nuclear damage from 1963, from the perspective of powers, the European Union has in the area of judicial cooperation and enforcement.
