Unexpected inverse relationship between insulin resistance and serum homocysteine in healthy subjects

Abstrakt

Insuline resistant subjects showed significantly lower serum homocysteine levels than non-insuline resistant objects. The negative association of insulin resistance and serum homocysteine was unexpected.
