Fibrates, homocysteine concentrations, thermolabile mutation of MTHFR in patients with coronary heart disease

Abstract
Patients, treated with fibrates showed by about 25% higher homocysteine concentration, that patients without lipid lowering drugs. This relationship was not influenced by MTHFR polymorphism.
