Abstrakt

Bronchial biopsies from COPD patients and controls were analyzed for the presence of cells expressing CD3,CD68,MBP, elastase, tryptase, and mRNA coding for IL-4, IL-5, IFNy, IL-9, eotaxin and IP-10 by means of immunocytochemistry.
