Diagnosis of rotavirus infections and their notification in the Czech Republic

Abstract

In 2001 in 44 laboratories in the CR 2250 rotavirus infections were confirmed, 84,1 % used latex agglutination. The specific morbidity for children under 3 years was 651,3 cases/100000/year.
