Various methods of substitution of Purkinje cells in a mouse model of olivocerebellar degeneration

Abstract

The work concerns with transplantation of embryonic cerebellar graft in the form of solid tissue and cell suspension to adult Lurcher mutant mice. Success rate of these methods is compared.
