Temporal patterns of electrical remodeling in canine ventricular hypertrophy: Focus on IKs downregulation and blunted ß-adrenergic activation

Abstrakt

In the study the tempoval patterns of downregulation of IKs channel subunits and of beta-adrenergic receptors in dogs with chronic AV-block were investigated. The mRNA and protein levels were correlated with functional data and the arrhythmogenic consequences were shown.
