A critical appraisal of methods used in early clinical development of novel drugs for the treatment of asthma

Abstract

Clinical significance of exhaled nitric oxide, bronchial hyperresponsiveness, induced sputum and lavage markers was evaluated in this article. The value of these methods was related to testing of new antiasthma medications.
