Molecular epidemiology of rotavirus in Central and Southeastern Europe

Abstrakt

A surveillance network was implemented in collaboration with laboratories of virology in Czech Republic, Slovenia, Croatia, Albania and Bulgaria. Significant differences were found in the geographical distributions of rotavirus genotypes.
