Preparation of 99mTc isocyanide complexes and precursors for their synthesis

Abstrakt

Facile synthesis of 2-methoxyalkyl-nitriles and 2-ethoxyalkyl-nitriles and their reduction to amines is presented. Reaction was optimized for highest yield and its usability was confirmed on series of ketone acetals.
