Abstract
Supervision is all helping professions reflect on the professional conduct of workers, the functionality of the teams and the entire plant. Supervision as one of the methods for the helping professions aims to support and assist all workers who operate through their work on the client.
Through supervision supervisor has the opportunity to provide supervised a different perspective on the issue. Supervision helps social counselor, social worker improve the actual pursuit of social work in favor of the client.
The need for lifelong learning, social and health workers, not only in social services through professional supervision stems from stereotypes at work, which aims to humans.
