Abstract
The text of the article is focused on the new law for victims in Czech republic, Victim impact statement, the task of confidant victims and increase victims' rights. It is based on the first half-year validity with practical impact.
It is based also with acceptance of personal responsibility offender. It represents the possibilities of work in non-goverment and social organization with victims.
