English Grammar as it Relates to the Czech Language

Publication |
2004

Abstract

The textbook is a well-arranged summary of simplified basic grammar rules with regard to usual mistakes made by Czech students. A contrastive method is used to compare a Germanic language, i.e.

English, with a Slavic language, i.e. Czech.

Due to the differences of these two languages, this method of presenting grammar is one of the most beneficial methods for students at all school levels, as well as non-students.
