Surgical therapy of drug-related osteonecrosis of the jaw

Abstract

In the present article the authors summarize the current view on the surgical therapy of drug-related osteonecrosis of the jaw, its principles, indications, advantages and disadvantages and the possibilities of subsequent reconstruction of resulting defects.
