Abstract
Subject of this contribution was a comparison of methods used in the Czech Republic and in the Slovak Republic when implementing the Directive 94/45/EC into legal orders of both of the countries. The author has focused especially on various mistakes into which both of the countries have fallen when implementing the Directive.
