Things - The Roman law sentences and their reflection to contemporary Czech law.

Abstract

The article is concetrated on the roman intention of things. The real roman law construction si pointed out by quotation of roman law regulas with their translation to czech.

Then ther is described the reflection of them to contemporary Civil law. Finally olso the new czech Cicil code is mentioned in the wiew of theese sentences.
