Taxonomic notes on Laccobius, subgenus Glyptolaccobius, with new records and description of four new species (Coleoptera: Hydrophilidae)

Abstract
Four new species of Laccobius, subgenus Glyptolaccobius are described: L. guttalis (Nepal), L. hanka (India: Arunachal Pradesh), L. josefi (India: Arunachal Pradesh) and L. sipeki (India: Meghalaya). New records are provided for the following species of the subgenus: L. egregius (India: Uttarakhand), L. eliogentilii (Bhutan, India: Meghalaya), L. sharmai (Nepal), and L. silvester (India: Uttaranchal).
Laccobius moriyai is compared with the remaining species of the subgenus Glyptolaccobius and the male genitalia of L. pluvialis are redrawn. An updated identification key of Glyptolaccobius species is provided.
