Delivery in the Light of the Latest Changes of the Civil Court Regulations

Abstract

The article deals with one of main changes of civil procedure rules made by law Nr.7/2009 of the Coll. Of Laws, dominy into effect from July 1st, 2009, which represented by new rules of service of summons in civil procedure.
