Abstract
Landscape is perceived as heritage especially on two following levels: 1) the level of individual experience and 2) the level of societal ideology. The aim of this paper is to discuss on the example of Czechia, the attachment of inhabitants to the landscape they live in as compared to the values attached to this landscape by the wider society.
