The introductory part deals with the issue of defects of the lower extremities of various etiology. In addition to traditional issues such as care for patients with diabetic foot or ulkusy venous origin are mentioned new issues for patients with myeloproliferative disease and interventional treatment of myocardial ischemia using advanced subintimální recanalization.
